Starting December 1, 2009, the new FTC endorsement guide states that bloggers must disclose payments.

Since it is my intent to provide training services for Network Marketers wanting to include Internet Marketing strategies in their business plans, I am careful to select products and services . . . to make recommendations and referrals . . . that will support that effort.
